I made this card for my friend's daughter's wedding. The blue BG is actually a card from DCWV Winter Box of cards. I then covered it with patterned vellum. The cake is cut out of shimmer white paper and then I used misc. types of lace to make the "frosting. The edge of the card I used shimmer ric rack. I love how this turned out.
