In our family, we keep alive the old tradition of administering birthday “spankings” (actually, gentle love taps administered by hand over one knee) to the birthday boy/girl. To be funny, my husband borrowed his daughter's Paula Deen cutting board to administer our youngest granddaughter her birthday taps. She knows full well that her PawPaw would never lay a hand on her, but she sure looked at him funny at first. It was a priceless moment.This is another layout using Shimelle's February 2013 “Best of Both Worlds” kit, and I adapted her sketch and layout which can be seen on her blog at www.shimelle.com
