The Bohemian Heart collection is so soft and beautiful, so I wanted to add 2 types of soft textiles to this mixed media project. The first was some lace around the die cut embroidery hoop. The second are the stitched flowers and leaves with coordinating embroidery floss. These flowers remind me of the sweet little macrame flowers from the Bohemian Heart Cardstock Stickers. The die cuts are all cut from the 6x6 paper pad from the collection as well. I think these two textiles are the perfect edition to add texture to a mixed media project using this collection.

The other thing I focused on was color blocking. The bottom layer is all blue flowers, with the embroidery hoop floating over the top. Then on top of the embroidery hoop, I added some of the pink and peach flowers.
