This is my all time fav pic of my 2 dd. they are now 16 and 10. This pic was taken right before my 17 year marriage dissovled.

I cut the cirlce, cut the other shapes, adhered them. Punched and black inked my red hearts, added them and the pearl and black beadery. cut out my swirls from the dark red paper and inked also with black ink, added the double metal hearts to the one flourish. Added the rub-in in the upper left corner and the words cherish and sweet (I still want to add the word hope somewhere, but did not have the rub-on so I will be looking for one to add later). Added my pearl brads. there is hidden journaling behind the pic. You pull out the red and black strip with the little red heart to the right of the pic and out coms the journalings...


It reads: When I look at this picture I see a picture of hope. Hope for the future. Our future. This picture was taken just before the breakdown of our
family unit and our marriage dissolved two months later. Rachel you were just six and Morgan one month. As I stare at this picture I can not for the world understand how a dad can just walk away from the two lovely little girls I see in this picture. Alcoholism is an ugly thing, but you two are truly beautiful. Not only do you possess physical beauty,
but true inner beauty as well. I see little girls that have their whole life a head of them. I see little girls that one day may feel abandoned. Mostly, I pray that you will always feel the love that I have bestowed upon you. Yes, I see hope in this picture, because with hope comes grand things that we don’t see or comprehend. You two were my hope back then and I pray that you see the hope in your life and in who you are becoming before my eyes. Yes, two beautiful little girls and I so love you both so
much more than you can ever imagine!
