It looks very nice and I don't think it really needs anything else. If you wanted to add more maybe ink around the card edges in a med-dark brown or possibly add a copper/brown brad/snap to a corner or 2.

you might want to add a tiny bit of gold (maybe a little bronze on middle leaf) glitter to the silk leaves to tie it together with the gold leaf. Love the colors and design!
