I finally scrapped last year's christmas pcitures just in time for this year's! The glittery flowers are hand made and hand glittered. Took forever to do but totally worth it.

Journaling reads:
Luis was sick during Christmas 2006, our first Christmas together. His brother David brought with him a stomach virus and got sick the entire family. That however, didn’t stop us from spending Christmas together. They had a family gathering on Christmas Day and I was invited. I went early and spent some time with all of them. Luis spent most of the time in bed and we just talked for a little bit. After we had dinner, I left so that he could rest. He actually felt better on Christmas day than on the days before so he had a little bit of mashed potatoes, which we found out later wasn’t the smartest thing since he got bad again. However, by New Years Eve, he was all better. Christmas 2006 was the first of many Christmas to come.
