It is very pretty, I would add a little something in the lower left corner to counterbalance the top right, the ribbons draw the eye right across the top to the flowers, and you just sort of stop there, something on the bottom left would draw the eye back across. It is pretty the just the way it is but you would need a very strong image in the frame.
I love the DCWV papers. This is a nice soft color. I would prefer a different perhaps apple blossom flower as opposed to these that you have. The color is fine, I just think perhaps a flower with a more oriental flare would be a better choice. Love the idea though. I have thought of doing an altered oriental frame! Blessings, Keleia
I love the elegance of this and the color combo. The composition, though, seems a little top heavy to me. Here's something to consider: move one of those ribbons to the bottom margin of the frame, add another tag of the same style oriented towards the bottom left corner of the window with a translation of the Chinese (?) character you have written in Asian-like brush strokes.
