It's okay to be angry and to affirm your feelings. One of my favorite books "Their Eyes Were Watching God". Has a famous line in it....some years are for asking, and some years are for finding the answers. Your honesty is so refreshing, it ain't all roses...
Greta, Your layout is emotionally powerful. My answer to the question WHY comes from a place of faith. I believe that God is sovereign, meaning He allows things to happen for His reasons. I believe this, and I am offering it as encouragement to you. I do not believe God wants us to suffer through the loss of unborn children without a reason. God wants you to understand His loss with His son on a more personal level, so that maybe, your loss can help and heal someone else. Be blessed and encouraged that your pain over your loss is real and I understand it. I too, lost a baby earlier in my life, but I now have two healthy children. Amen. I hope this helps and I admire your courage in journaling about something so deeply painful and personal.
WHY? did you let me find out i was pregnant to take it away as fast as you gave it to me? Was it to slow me down? Was it to make me grow up? Was it to bring Oneil and I closer? Was it to make me appreciate life? Was it to punish me for things I have done? Whatever it was it still pisses me off. I am bitter. I don't understand. I have tried many times and i still don't get it. Why around xmas time 2000? Why couldn't it wait. I always think about that baby I never got to meet. He/She would be 8 years old. I know they say everything happens for a reason but to me that was bullshit. I have now come to accept it so i ask again WHY?
