This is a layout about my mother who I knew was always worried about us kids but I never knew to what extent until we took a recent vacation together with my family.
The journaling reads:My mother has a heart of gold. She only has one downfall. She is always nervous to the point where it is almost debilitating. She worries about everything and everyone. She imagines the worst case scenarios possible that could happen and works herself and everyone up around her into a tizzy. I actually don't like to tell her things anymore for fear that she may lose sleep over it which she does. Her nervousness has gotten out of control. I wish that she could be carefree and see that not everything is disastrous. I have suggested that she see a doctor that maybe some meds will ease her anxiety but she's nervous about meds too!
The embellishment on top says wisdom as hard to see in pic. TFL.
