Paper Ruffle Helpful Hints
- because the reverse side will occasionally show, use a double sided paper or a pattern paper with light colors or white
- use a paper pattern without a very distinct design (of course I did not follow my own advice).
- don't over flatten everything, easy on the creasing
- don't forget to take into consideration the size of your photo with the extra ruffle. My photo & ruffle just barely fits on a 12 x 12 page.
