The twist was to use ribbon--my ribbon is sheer purple ribbon stapled and bunched at the bottom of the LO
This is our kitty, Sleepy. She is a stray we took in a few months ago. She is so sweet!!
I hand-drew/doodled the scalloped frame and cut it out by hand. I made the big flower as well.
