I like it. I have not been brave enough to try stickles yet. So do you have a special technique for stickles, like some special way of holding them or applying them that keeps them from all coming out at once in a big glob?
THIS...is adorabe! So I got stickles yesterday...<blank look> Yeah. I don't know how this is gonna work. I don't think I'm steady or partient enough to use them. I open up the bottle and a big glitter blob flies out! I tried to smear it into something awesome and, Voila! No such luck. I'm bringing it to work today and have Katy girl show me what to do with it. How is it even your messed up mat looks better then most of my finished, overworked projects? My title has changed now. I'm a "resident" The resident CRAZY!
No matter what everyone says....or doesn't!.....I like this layout! See, all you do is "play around" with stuff and look what you create! If I didn't have to work today, I'd love to stay home and play with my stuff!
These little girls are mine and my sister's (Scrapkaty) daughters....Story behind the layout: I got a new stickle so I began doodling on a piece of white paper I'd been using as a mat so it is kind of messed up..I doodled around the edges last night. I looked at it this morning and got an idea for a layout. I cut around the doodling then I inked it which I regret cuz I don't like that. Then I added this photo taken 12/24/93 which was little Roni's 4th birthday. I added more doodling. I usually have a pretty steady hand but I gotta get used to these stickles which kept glopping out or stopping up for no apparent reason. I'll learn and when I do I am going to do this with cooler cardstock and better cutting and a steadier hand. I know this is kind of funky but I like the idea.
