This was embossed metal background colored with alcohol inks. The manatee was a decal I made with the sketch effects of a pic program. I covered him with diamond glaze. I made the framed from sand pp adhered to grungeboard and die cut with sizzix frame die. I heat embossed the frame. I added fibers and shells to the corner. This was made for a person who is a marine biologist who loves manatees. I hope she likes it.
