I've read that - it was an intense book! Like you, I liked his old stuff better! The green mile was one of my favorites!

I'm surprised to read so many people not liking Stephen King, I mean ... what's not to like???????? I like his older stuff better too, but this newyear's eve, I got his latest from my best friend, "Lisey's Story" ... I haven't finished it yet, mostly because I'm postponing that moment ... I already know that I'll feel lost once it's finished. The story is wonderful, his writing is pure genius, go out and buy it, you won't regret it!!!
