This is a layout about the first few months that I had Squeaker. The journal entry says: "She was born Friday, March 15th, 2008; abandoned by her mother she needed a hero. With only a few scattered thoughts about the responsibility of raising a kitten I quickly picked her up and prepared to get her everything she needed to not only survive, but to flourish. For the first few months I would wake up every two , three, four hours to feed her and clean her. It was such an extraordinarily challenging task; I never imagined it would be so difficult. On the other hand I could not believe how quickly she was growing and how quickly I was growing attached to her. It soon became apparent that she was here to stay. She adapted quickly to her home and she was greeted kindly my our other kitties. Now, I can't imagine my life without her." I used some tile letters for the title; some burlap material for behind the journal entry. Decorative brads and sandpaper to weather the paper.
