This is a layout I made a while back it is my favorite layout that I ever created and as you read in my essay it expresses my love for creating. The flowers on this were made with beautiful stamps and punched flowers were place among the large detailed petals. The journaling on this was done on a computer and then random words were typed on my trusty ole vintage typewriter, cut and then inked before being place on the layout. The photo used showcases several of my layouts and the word art cut from wood. I had two prints made one made of the photo one in black and white and the other in color. I cut one half inch on each side of the colored photo off and applied pop dots to the back and carefully lined up the color image and adhered it to the black and white photo. My intention in layering the two was to show off in finished layout the memory's coming to life thought the art. The journaling reads:
"to release the art from within me...a moment of quiet passion. to sit and enjoy a glimpse at a captured memory... to cut paper at the perfect spot to enhance that precious memory. to make that memory come back to life in my hands...in my mind....but most of all in my heart. time for myself......a quiet moment to create" Tfl
