I was so excited when I saw all the pretty things in my May Swirlydoos kit VINTAGE CHIC that I could hardly wait to get home from work today and play. I don't know that I have ever had a layout come together so easily. As soon as I saw the Webster's pages "classic beauty" pp I knew that it was meant for my dn's senior pic! The Kalil Gibran quote could only be more true if it read "Natural beauty is not ONLY in the face, It is a light in the heart" because both are true of Paige. I cut the quote out so it wouldn't be covered by the pic. The only things I used for this page that were not included in the kit are the shine title, which is K&C, but matched so well both in color and theme that it could have been included, and the distressing tool, ink and my silhouette, which I used to cut the flower bases, bird and frame.
