This is my ATC for the June Sassy Blinging Babes COF challenge. I had chosen to do a Victorian style ATC, but the stamps I had were way too large. So this is still pretty, but not real sure what style it is.
I used a Stampendous stamp for the main image. I used SU Watercolor Pencils and then blender pens for the colorization. The flowers are Prima and the brad is a green ICE brad from SU. I inked the edges with Brown Stazon pad.
