This LO is about my daughters final 1st bday party... we had 3 partys in 2 weeks! lol...
Journaling reads, " always remember joy, memories, hope, health, love, and laughter is all you'll ever need." and on the left side, reading sideways text reads, "Alexis' 3rd birthday party (Ny party, Feb 21 party, and MS party). You are so loved!"
after days of thinking and thinking how to get a simple yet elegant page i came up with this..
i double matted my photos on stamped paper.. used happy birthday ribbon on top of the photo matting, with some pink polka dot ribbon pleated on there with some plain old tacky glue. the bottom hearts border is handcute with an embossed stitched stamp (the angel company) running through the hearts. the side paisley paper is just a bit distressed, because i wanted more dimension.
the flowers have buttons in them (which i inked on the edges) and the 2 scrolls on the top left r quilled (super easy to roll paper!)
