Instead of journalling onto the page i included a pull out tag containg a poem.

I did this for the ABC Challenge.
H ~ Handmade embelishment: I made the tag & gingham heart
I ~ Inch: The red strip with the date on is an inch long.
J ~ Jam: Red for strawberry & the gingham material on the heart embellie is from a jam pot.
