I got the idea for this while looking at an Anthropologie website. I made the paisleys using a stencil and cut them out. The chevron pattern on the left was done using tape to cover the parts I didn't want inked, then I went over it with a pen. I beat the crap out of the grey paper here, but I still don't know if I like it or should have kept it off entirely and stayed closer to what the pillow looked like. I was thinking I could have just put some paint around the photo and then used the letters for the title as a mask below it instead of the grey paper. I don't know though, it is kinda growing on me. I used the tracing wheel to do alot of the distressing. I colored the photo with a sharpie and doodled alittle here and there too. The stamping around the grey cardstock is done using a journaling stamp. I made a notch in the photo for hidden journaling, which I will add later, it was very late.
