The right hand side is Melinda with her grandpa and left her friend Devin.Devin is a very special friend he was diagnosed with mucullar discraphy (cant spell it) a little over a year ago.It is so sad because my daughter always went over to his house and they played on their quads and ran up and down his water slide.The last time I brought her over there I had to explained to her that her friend could no longer walk this was very hard for a 5 year old to understand.She understands a little better she is almost 7 and Devin is 9 and restricted to a wheelchair.You would think he is the happiest boy in the world everytime we see him he is laughing and smiling I have et to see a frown on his face.This picture was taken 3 years ago back when he could do all the things he cant do now like sttanding or walking.We have known him since he was 2 years old and use to tear up my house and get into things.I would give anything to see that amazing little boy walk again.
