I really wanted to try the bottle cap technique I had read about in the Feb/March Scrapbook Answers magazine. I stamped and colored the baby, cut it out and put it in the bottle cap. It floated around a bit more than I thought, but it turned out OK. I adhered the bottle cap with a pop dot. The biggest challenge was getting the fiber around the bottle cap. It kept slipping, so I put a bead of glue around the bottle cap and then stuck the fiber to it. This was fun!
