Butterfly Fly Away

I made this layout for multiple challenges: March Into Distressing, Beautiful Butterfly, Use That Paint, and the D.I.Y Challenges. All of the embellishments are handmade on this layout and can be found in my etsy shop...www.Cre8ivelymadebyAmy.etsy.com

The flowers are hand punched, doodled around the edges, added a rhinestone to the center and then used a paint brush to curl the edges of them.

The stick pin is also handmade. I bought the 6 inch stick pins and then added lovely glass beads and silver spacers.

The flourishes are made using transparency film and "pearl" fabric paint.

The butterflies are hand punched and then I painted the body with fabric paint.

I also made the little pearl sprigs using wire and beads. I twisted the beads onto the wire and glued them into place.

This was the first time that I attempted the ruffled edge using GabrielleP's tutorial. It was so much fun! I'll be doing it again!!
