Here is my layout for the all-day NSD Challenge here at the ever-so-awesome Scrapbook.com.

Here is the journaling about why I scrapbook:
Definition, Catharsis: (noun): A release of emotional tension after an overwhelming vicarious experience, resulting in the purging or purification of the emotion.

I scrapbook for a totally self-seeking and selfish reasonl It is my sweet catharsis. Whether after the birth of my daughter, the death of my father, or the discovery of my brain aneurysm, I can somehow come to these lovely colored papers, beautfiul buttons and found trinkets and release all of my emotions and thought. Running my fingers over a mountain of different textures of ribbon or biting my lip while deciding on which flower would embellish best makes me relax. Scrapbooking is an outlet for me that I have not found in any other cretive art form. It also allows me a place to put my memories so that I can better share them and relate with those around me. It is my dance, my music and my masterpece within my albums.

Thanks for looking and I hope everyone had a great National Scrapbooking Day!!!
