This is a photo of my great-grandmother,Daisy Viola on her 16th birthday Jan.15,1894.Also a copy of the invitation to her party.It was a costume party,but I have know idea of whom she is meant to be.Loved the hat,so I tried to duplicate it with my Cricut "Heritage" cartridge.That cartridge ROCKS!It took me days to do this lo,as I kept changing my mind about pp.I'd pick it out,cut it up then decide it wasn't right.(sigh)And so ended up cutting up about 8 different sheets before choosing the websters.Prima flowers,some Tim Holtz,I used some antique lace from that time period,(what else am I gonna use it for,right?),some white feathers and ribbon,and I'm FINALLY....done!Thanks so much for checkin' it out!Happy Mother's Day!
