This is my teacup chihuahua, Goliath. In the 8 years I've had him, up to this point, I had not one pic of him looking innocent and sweet. He is the exact opposite of this LO(see my LO dated 25 Feb. 2008). Thats why it was fun and easy to do an angelic theme. Made my husband LOL !! We love him anyways :D
I first cut him out of the pic and tucked him in the pink, silky looking circle( I used an Exacto knife to pierce the paper). I made his halo from paper that was reflective chrome and from yellow paper that has a gilded gold pattern on it. Wings, rub-ons. The sky paper is atop some paper that has the gold gilding along the edges. I added the glittered bird, bling, butterfly, flowers and the pearl applique to push the envelope even further. Made me laugh while doing it!!!
