My favorite part about this page is the embossing, so I'll start there: I did heat embossing on colored vellum primarily with these beautiful metallic colored powders, but the different stamps/powders and whatnot on the vellum ended up overlapping alot, which with the metallic colors especially ended up looking really cool.
I then actually have a second layer of embossing that I did on, get this, a glass picture frame cover! Word of warning- although I think heat embossing looks fabulous on glass, obviously you have to be very careful not to overheat it or it shatters. My main advice is to just make sure that you don't spend more than a second with the tool heating any particular part, keep it moving pretty much the whole time, and as soon as you see the powder melt don't go back over that spot anymore. Anyway, I layered that on top of the vellum partly.
The paper flower I made using a technique in Scrapbooking tips and tricks from a past issue(if you really want to know how to make them you can ask me and I'll explain it), and the rest is pretty basic I think!
