Summer 2009 we went to Medieval Times in NJ, I had heard of this Memorial on an email about a year or so earlier so on the way back I wanted to see if we could find it. With the help of my sister on the phone we found it. This Teardrop Memorial is for the victims of 9/11 that was given to us by Russia. It really is something to see, I don't think that the news even covered it, it really is too bad because it is a beautiful memorial. Journaling reads:
In all my years of scrapping I don't know if I've ever written about 9-11. Coming to this Teardrop Memorial brought back a lot of feelings I had when the planes first flew into the Twin Towers. I don't know if a lot of people even know of this Teardrop Memorial but it's really something to see. It's huge and it's got every person's name that died that day going around it. It really is beautiful and it stands where the Twin Towers would of been right across the river. Bayonne, NJ 2009. (In the circle stamp: Shock, sadness, reflection, infuriated, disgust angry 9-11 never forget)
