DD1 had a "Dancing through the decades" dance for school. Her and her friends wanted to wear "poodle skirts", so Grammie made this skirt for her. She had so much fun!!
FYI - The record is made from a circle and I used my Colzzule
The background paper was black with white scribbled hearts. Since she likes bling, I added crystal effects and then added Stamp'n Up's Dazzling Diamonds for a little glitter effect.
I made this lo for the February color challenge to use pink, black and white.
