what a gorgeous lil creation..and such a precious lil foto there of the baby birds...so original using the wonderful products from your yard...careful you may have scrappers knocking on your door
I would have to agree with Nuggles, this is a masterpiece of creativity. Its always such fun to find a nest with babies in it (I love the way your picture is nestled among the greenery).
Nice work! I love the moss, burlap ribbon, leaves and cardboard you used to creae a very "eathy" layout. (I have been thinking about doing an Earth Hour layout, but the photo is just of our candles - not so interesting.)
Well I can't click on the product list for this one because the majority of the supplies are from my backyard. I used leaves from my Rhododendron, moss, grasses, greens, etc. The photo was taken two years ago of baby Robins in my Rhododendron. As you can see in the photo....they thought I was mama bird bringing them food. This layout was a fun way to celebrate "Earth Day"! I did this as a DT challenge at "If the Shoe Fits....Scrap It". Now you actually can "preserve" those wonderful flowers and greens from your backyard by using silica gel!!! I once was a floral designer and used many preserved florals in my designs! See more close-ups at http://kashagray5.blogspot.com IMPORTANT NOTE!!! THE MOST EXPENSIVE PIECE ON THIS PROJECT WAS THE "DUSTY ATTIC" WORDING!!lLOL
