My pug Maggie has become deaf within this past year. Along with that, she has started barking A LOT, which apparently is not unusual in deaf dogs. My mom, who often dog-sits, has given her the nickname "Ma Barker," for the obvious reason. But Ma Barker is a person that actually existed. She was the mother of several criminals who ran the Barker gang in the "public enemy era" of the early 1900s. So, playing on that, I came up with this LO:

An A.P.B. (Adorable Pug Bulletin) has been issued for Maggie, a.k.a. "Ma Barker." She is accused of disturbing the peace with loud and incessant barking despite multiple warnings from authorities to cease and desist.
"Ma Barker" should be considered loud, but unarmed, and extremely lovable.
