A true Love story... Once upon a time, A boy named Jake asked Kris to be his girlfriend, she said yes, and after dating for 1 month, Jake planned out their very first kiss while on a casual date , right next to this tree. So shortly after the romantic kiss, Jake
carved their initials into the tree. Then 5 yrs later, Jake was ready to propose to Krissy, and what better place than .. "The Tree"! so Jake planned it all out very carefully, and his surprise proposal worked out
very well. He arranged for Krissy to go to the park along with Jake , ( what she thought at the time was a valentine shoot for (My scrap booking).. anyway we got her there, and my husband and I were there waiting with all cameras ready, and once she seen the tree, and we were all pretending to take pictures, ( which we really were), well Jake got down on one knee... she was shocked, and she cried, she said Yes... so then Jake re-carved their initials... the wedding is set for July 23rd. 2011... and their table decorations are tree stumps with their initials carved in them along with flowers. :) an evening outdoor rustic wedding..
