This is my dgd Brooke and my dgs Shane. We were at a park for the 4th of July and in the evening watched fireworks, which is Shane and I in the middle picture. This was back in 2008.
I used a sketch by Victoria aka Vawn that is featured over at Scrappy Chic Cafe. Come by and try the sketch challenge or any of the other challenges we have. I have a red white and blue challenge going on.
I got the wooden stars from my friend RachelUK (thank you Rachel) and I did some real crackle painting on them. I think they turned out pretty cool. And I managed to use up some of those star eyelets I've had since the beginning of time. LOL!
