OMgosh............... you're right, the swirly thing DOES look like a flying duck!!! Beautiful photo & I love the layers & borders!!!!! That black punch work below the photo is awesome!!! Love it all!
lol Love your description about no alcohol was consumed...
What an amazing photo! Love what you have done to the LO and glad that you can say it's finished :)
Wonderful photo, no wonder you loved the place. Love all the punch work pps, and oh that duck glad it's not a fluffy duck or you would have some answering to do.Really though I think he looks in place after all he is red, green and white like the flag.Well done.
O-k-a-y, sort of like a bird, I was thinking a drifting leaf(I am drinking Vernors Ginger Ale-available only in Michigan). But what is the fleur-de-lis shooting rocket heading for the trees thingy? If Chez is headed here, please go with her as George is unattached now and well you know her better than I...Beautiful photo and papers combination.
breathtaking scenery and as always you've chosen the perfect colors and pp to enhance your wonderful photo. I must be "NOT" drinking the same thing as you are - the little swirly thing does remind me of a flying duck, now whether or not it's Italian, I couldn't say for sure. TFS and bringing another gorgeous part of the world to me.
my there.. you certainly know how to take very appealling and gorgoeus fotos this looks like a piece of heaven..a place to spend a romantic lil holiday....and a very eyecatching design adding so much enhancement to the foto..luv the combo of awesome papers, and your fancy punched border strip...oh well maybe the lil niknak looks a bit like a duck..but italian well never seen one myself....cute ornate window there and sending this to my faves..might need to do a lift when I visit that gorgeous lil place
This photo is from our 2009 trip. We stayed for three days in this beautiful place and it was like heaven. I had started this LO just before we went overseas this year and never got around to finishing it as I kept drawing blanks everytime I looked at it. I was getting sick of looking at it in it's half finished state so I tweeked it a bit here & there and now I feel I can at least put it way. The chipboard window that was sent to me by Cindy (thankyou my dear friend) I painted, did some ink stenciling, some very simple stitching & a bit of punchwork. I was trying to find a suitable home on my LO for the swirly thing and when I turned it this way it looked like a low flying fancy Italian duck to me so that is how he ended up on my page. No, alcohol was not consumed while I was creating this LO. TFL.
