Beautifully done...love the little touches like the lock and key hanging on the gate and the lantern hanging in the tree! your stitching always looks fabulous!
Hi everyone....thought I'd share a layout using Nadia's beautiful Sketch from Once Upon a Sketch for the July 15th challenge. This is hubby on our wedding day and I used Tim Holtz Idealogy Kraft resist papers.I did a little masking, sewing and painting. The gate chippie is made by A to Z Scraplets and I bought it from Kays Kreative Korner Etsy Shop which has so many pretty items...be sure to check it out!I painted it black and added some stickles to give it a rusty look. The leaves were made by stamping in transparency with Staz On ink.I made the lantern the same way but also added a little alcohol ink to make it appear as if it were lit.The beautiful flower came Lynn at Pretty Paper Swirls. I won her blog giveaway and you should see what she sent me.....so MANY beautiful flowers! I was blown away by her generosity........Thanks so much Lynn!
