Be a little flakey for the holidays … try designing a flurry of Snowflake Cards! Using the Figgy Pudding design collection by BasicGrey, you can create many smiles in Sizzix style.
Cut a piece of patterned paper to size and fold to form card base. Cut a piece of patterned paper to fit across the bottom portion of the card and adhere. Lightly ink edges of card to embellish. Cut a strip of cardstock to fit across the card and emboss using the Snowflakes #9 embossing folder. Cut a strip of ribbon to fit around the embossed cardstock and tie in a knot. Adhere the embossed band to the card. Die-cut and emboss a piece of cardstock using the Swirly Ornament Embosslits die. Buff with a sanding block to highlight the raised designs and adhere to the card front using foam dots. Die-cut Snowflake #23 from cardstock and embellish with glitter. Adhere to the card front. Embellish with a button.
