I am showing the change in myself for only about 18 months. A friend of mine told me back this spring that I look 100% different from a year ago and wanted to know what I had done differently. I told her that the only thing that I had done was switch to Melaleuca products and vitamins. According to her my complection is better, of couse I lost about 20 lbs (without trying), and I feel so much better. After she said this I went and looked at a photo of two weeks before I started taking the vitamins (the one with me in the costume contest with Bonnie) and I did see what she was saying. The Then photo was taken 5-20-10. The Now photo was taken on 10-5-11.
I know it is hard to see but I've lost a good 25 lbs or more in these photos
