So, as I sat around work yesterday- working on decorating my 'Halloween Shelf,' I was wanting to add a Haunted House - I began searching through all the galleries and went home with gigantically insane ideas of building a huge house out of cardstock and skillz. That didn't happen. Instead, I ended up at the happiest place on EARTH. No, not Disneyland! THE DOLLAR TREE! Next to skanky bars, the 'DeeTee' is my favorite hangout. I bought a little Christmas house from the sad Christmas Village end-cap display, took it home, and painted it up to look like a creepy haunted Halloween house. To use it year round, simply paint over the 13, add some of those little plastic people you buy for fitty cents in the Pizza Hut lobby and SURPRIZE! You've got a little handmade CRACK HOUSE!
