Create a printed New Year's Eve Celebration invitation using the computer. Cut an Ornate Scroll Border Card Overlay out of white cardstock using the eclips machine and Card Fronts cartridge. Use repositionable tape to tape off decorative section of the Card Overlay. Spray adhesive onto the decorative area and sprinkle with glitter glass. Tap off excess glitter and remove tape. Trim the printed invitation to size and feed through the Card Overlay and adhere in place. Adhere a rhinestone embellishment.
