Thank you guys! I'm in love with old ties. they are constructed cut on the bias, which means the cut edges get a little fray on them but they don't unravel. It takes a little work opening up their seams and pressing them but then you cut them in strips and you start to think about all the things you can do. I've even cut flowers out of them with Tim Holtz Bigz flower die. Kory, the Tim Holtz rays stamp is part of a whole set, see the products list on the last image. All of the stamps used in this project are from the same set. Michaels had it on special awhile back 50% off. Glad I got it!

WOW wow WOW! This is totally cool. LOVE IT! Especially the neckties. What an inspiration. Is the the Tim Holtz 'rays' stamp? I've been wanting that!!!
