On the road again, in Texas, I was driving on I-10 which was a reasonably flat, uneventful place for me to do my first real highway driving in an 18 wheeler. I was about 43 when we began this adventure and truly did see the entire United States......and not always places a tourist would ever see. I have seen the Salt Mines on Avery Island, LA, Watts in LA, Picked up a truck full of loose tennis balls in Wilson, N.C............and loads of Apples from Washingtron. I have been to Millinocket, Maine......and all places in between. And here is the proof. LOL It was 1983 and women could do anything....unlike how I grew up in the 50' and I guess I was going to try it all!!!!!! LOL
