I made this yesterday, one of the first layouts made for Simple Scrapper, using a premium member sketch*! For this layout, I used one of their monthly assignments – to take an element from a sketch and create a different page around it. I chose the photo set-up – multiple small photos and one large in a grid.

I didn't even notice until it was done that I had done the title in English and the journaling in Norwegian. I guess it just goes to show how frazzled I've been lately. You see, I had my MA thesis defense on Friday, and this layout is all about that – from writing and turning in the research proposal, having my mom proofread, to printing and defending.

For this layout I used Studio Calico's January kits and a premium membership sketch from Simple Scrapper*.
