I'm probably not impressing you young scrappers much with my language here, but just the same....."Back in the day", we used to keep our school supplies in cigar boxes. Crayons, scissors, glue, pencils, and frequently we hid notes from our friends in them, too! LOL Yes, I admit it....I am guilty of passing and receiving notes in class! Even though I've never smoked, I always loved the smell of the cigar box at the beginning of the school year, until it took on the smell of crayons and pencil lead! So, this little repurposed cigar box is perfect for storing some of my most cherished notes from former students. In addition to the products listed below, I used some of the Playtimes Past Collection, also by Graphic 45, and a little Spare Parts Brad that I altered.

The techniques used here are inking, paper rolling, and metal inking.

I know you all want to take a peek inside the box to see what I did there, so hop on over to my blog to do so:

Thanks to everyone for your sweet comments....I appreciate them! Hugs to you all! ......Patty
