I love this set! My 4 yr old starts baseball this year and that would be so cute in his book. I found alot of softball stuff last year, now I have to look for baseball!
I seriously hope no one else signs up with us for the baseball kit...I really want this! My husband and father in law went to see the Detroit Tigers in one of the AL title games this last year....this would be perfect for that, especially the ticket pocket...we, of course, still have the tickets.
My baseball-themed kit for the March Kit Swap. It was intentionally made to be used for any level of baseball from Little League up through the pros, and is intentionally not very colorful so it will not conflict with the colors of the recipient's team, whatever they may be. The only non-neutral colors are green (on the wide ribbon and the baseball field cutout), red (on the wide ribbon and various papers and embellishments where it appears only in the context of the traditionally-red stitching on a ball), and a tiny bit of blue (on the self-adhesive ribbon).
Two 8x8 patterned papers by Paper House Productions and The Paper Studio.
Two 8x8 pieces of solid coordinating cardstock.
Two 12" ribbons, a blue self-adhesive baseball ribbon by KI Memories, and a wide cream ribbon with baseball icons and phrases, manufacturer unknown.
One "Baseball" page title, made using the Baseball Solutions Cricut cartridge.
One baseball field, made using the Baseball Solutions Cricut cartridge.
One "there's no place like home" embellishment, made using silver Metro stickers by Making Memories and a home plate eyelet by Eyelet Outlet. (It is my favorite thing in the whole kit and I'm going to make one for myself!)
One ticket pocket, made using the Sizzix Bigz "Pocket" die, patterned paper by Paper House Productions, ribbon by The Paper Studio, and a ticket stamp by Imaginisce. From personal experience I can say that this pocket die is a perfect size for professional baseball tickets.
One baseball card bling item, made using the Baseball Solutions Cricut cartridge, silver glitter, a bottle cap by Bottle Cap Inc. (flattened using my Sizzix Big Kick), and a baseball sticker by The Paper Studio. This frame is about the size of a baseball card and would be great as either a photo frame or a journaling frame.
