True you can buy them at Target for $19.99 and the zip ties were $5.99 for 650 zip ties in the auto dept.

You can buy them at Target. I believe WalMart also sells them. I used zip ties to make my shelves.

I was trying to figure out how to store and organize my paper, while at the same time keeping up with what I have and need without spending an arm and a leg. I got this idea from a couple of ladies from youtube, and I must say its a whole lot cheaper than trying to buy one of those paper display racks from the display fixture stores.
