My dd was a terrible sleeper as a baby! No one told me that babies can be larks or owls just like adults, and having had a son first, who was definitely a lark, it came as a shock to have a baby who preferred not to sleep but just to nap! As a kid she could come in from school, nap for an hour, and then really get down to her homework, and as a young woman, a night on the town is still often preceeded by an hour in bed! I thought it would be fun to document her napping habits - right from 25 years ago!
