WOW!!!! That's so cool how you caught her refection in the water!!! Perfect pp & color choices & those bricks are pure genius!!! The little critter on the left is too cute!
LOVELY LO, Betty!!!! We, too, have red clay here....and yes, it is annoying! But, in spite of the red clay.....your LO is wonderful and the reflection is PERFECT!
Journaling reads: "On October 30, 2011, Sarah and I spent a couple of hours just hiking around Dundee Lake. There is one place next to the lake where you can walk across the rocks and ford a small creek that feeds from the lake. You can really see the Georgia red clay in that creek water. Normally, the red clay is very annoying -- so hard to dig into to plant anything. But that day it was a beautiful, colorful sight, -- the tinted water flowing through the gray and moss covered rocks. We had such a great time just walking and talking pics of each other. I got some really great shots of Sarah that day. Only after we got home and were looking through the photos did we notice that I got a great reflection of Sarah’s face in the water. What a great way to spend a quiet Sunday afternoon!"
I just love these pics and the BG Archaic collection was just perfect with them. Everything is BG, except for the rub on letters and the thickers. The edges of the photos are sanded and the mat for the large photo is distressed. Thanks so much for looking!
