Oh SHOOT. I KNEW this was yours before I ever even opened it up to take a closer peek. Lisa, your work just has a style of its own - and that style is ALWAYS beautiful. Love the folded petaloos with the stained grungeboard stems. Those are so simple, yet SO refined and gorgeous. Eye candy, girlfriend. Simply eye candy. Can I come live in your brain for an hour (or two or maybe a weekend or a month....?)

Delicate Treasure Petaloo

A few years back we went on a family vacation to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. My daughter was running up and down the beach looking for sand dollars and pirate treasure. Instead of gold she found a feather from a sea gull and she couldn't have been happier. Not sure the birds were so excited as she kept chasing them trying to give it back. :D
