My DH lashed a gum pole to who-knows-what to extend over the swimming pool like a gang plank. The guys of course dueled their way onto the plank with pool noodles for swords.
The first time I used my Making Memories distress kit I got for Christmas a few months before.
Edges of the photos were painted, not matted. Printed the transparency, sanded and painted the back. Dry sponge-brushed the distressed background cardstock. The brads were sanded, painted and inked. Burlap strings complete the embellishments.
(Distressing kit not exactly the same as Product list, added other tools I found that was part of my kit)
